At Matri, you have the opportunity to view and test the machine. We call this a 14-day trial period.
How It Works

You order and pay for your choice via our website.

You will receive the machine at home and may test it.

Handle the machine with care and use it only to see if it meets your expectations.

If the machine does not meet your needs, you can return it within 14 days, in its original box and packaging. Once we receive the machine, we will refund the amount to your account.

If you paid shipping costs for this order and return everything, we will also refund the shipping costs. The cost of returning the product to us is your responsibility.
