This Bernette is a combination machine of both; an overlock machine and a coverlock machine.
This overlock/coverlock combination machine is the top model of the Bernette Funlock series.
The Bernina Bernette B48 has 23 types of stitches:
- 15 overlock stitches
- 3 cover stitches
- 4 combi stitches
- 1 chain stitch
- overlock stitches with a stitch width of up to 7 mm
- cover stitches with stitch widths between 2.8 or 5.6 mm
- combi stitches with a stitch width of up to 10 mm.
The color codes and the automatic thread fasteners make it easy to thread the machine.
The lock machine blade is operated from below so it not only cuts the fabric perfectly, but also cuts it safely. In addition, the knife can be easily adjusted with one hand.
The LED lighting guarantees good lighting during sewing and threading. Thanks to the high sewing speed of up to 1300 stitches per minute, you will finish your projects quickly.
