Exchange

How does it work :

Our Sales support has advised you on the most suitable exchange or you have selected a replacement machine by yourself in our web store.

1 Fill in the fields at the end of the page: the name of the machine you have now (the machine to return) and the machine you would like to have in exchange (the machine you wish to receive in exchange). Then calculate the price difference and fill in the amount in the appropriate field (round this amount to the nearest euro) and click on order now.

Follow the steps to pay for your exchange : shipping address, method of payment and confirmation of the order. Per e-mail you will receive the invoice for the new machine, please make a copy of the invoice you will need this copy later.

2 To be able to return the machine that you no longer want, please fill in the return form that you will find  here. Do not return the machine without an approved return notice.

The original box including styrofoam should contain :

• The machine/mannequin complete with all accessories and instruction leaflet etc.
• Invoice copy of the machine you return to us
• Invoice copy of the machine you want in exchange (which you will receive after we receive the return machine see 1.)

 3 As soon as we have received the machine you have returned and our technicians have examined it for any damages your new machine will be sent to you. Per e-mail you will receive the "track and trace" number so you can follow the shipping status.

Be careful : You will receive an automated e-mail from our computer system that your new order has been shipped. This of course is not the case as we still have to receive the machine that you sent back to us for control. The link to the shipping status in this e-mail will work in a few days, so you can track and trace the shipment when your new machine is delivered.
