Please note that 99% of common technical issues are addressed in our tip page, so before you contact us, please follow the instructions on this page, we are sure they will resolve your issue.

If your machine still does not work, no problem.
We will gladly help. Please fill in our complaint form, the more detailed your explanation the faster we can help. One of our colleagues will contact you by return and you will receive a return form per e-mail. This will allow you to return the machine to us free of charge.
2 Exchange Warranty
Before you wish to use our unique EXCHANGE WARRANTY, read the terms and conditions first. Fill in the form and we will send back an approved return form.

3 You want to use the Cool-off period
No problem, we will send you the return form which goes into the box and a return address sticker to stick on the box.
