Warranty conditions

Warranty conditions of Matri.EU
1. Warranty covers manufacturing defects.
Excluded from warranty are:
Needles, lamps, v-belts, loopers, stitch plates, needle threaders and overlock knives.
Nor does this warranty cover circumstances unrelated to the material or performance of the product.
These unrelated conditions include:
a) Regular maintenance is necessary for proper operation of the product. It is the user's responsibility to perform this maintenance regularly.
b) Damage resulting from failure to perform this maintenance on a regular basis.
c) Damage caused by the use of a current or voltage other than that printed on the product nameplate or by abnormal electrical conditions such as electrical faults and acts of God.
d) Failure to follow the instructions for using the product.
e) Any accident or misuse of any part of the product.
f) A defect or damage caused by service, repairs or modifications performed by anyone other than Matri.EU or an authorized Matri dealer.
g) A defect or damage caused by the use of non-original parts.
h) Any damage resulting from the use or storage of the machine in direct sunlight or in a humid environment.
2. During the first 3 years from the date of purchase, mechanical and electronic parts are provided free of charge. During the first 2 years, no labor will be charged if the warranty is submitted to Matri.EU where the product was purchased.
Any replaced part will not be returned to the original purchaser, but will become the property of Matri.
Damage caused during transport is NOT covered by the warranty. Keep the original packaging to protect the product during transport.
3. The warranty covers household use only, there is a 6 month warranty on parts and labor, except belts, hooks, lamps, needles, needle plates and overlock knives. Matri does not cover professional or commercial use.
4. Defective product or part returned for warranty service must be accompanied by an invoice with the date of purchase.
Under no circumstances is Matri responsible for accidental, indirect or consequential damages.
